One Parcel totaling 6619 sq ft and zoned for 3F-4000. The lot has been improved by the abutter but the community needs to be reached out to again to find out what they want; likely to result in revenue RFP.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
