Project Goals
Abutting property owner has offer to lease building that abuts DND land to Fortune 200 healthcare company, and requests our land to connect his adjoining parcels (separated by ours) to serve as parking for the commercial building.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
