Project Goals

DMH Housing at Harvard Commons is a four (4) unit building on the site of the Harvard Commons Cooperative Housing development located on Harvard Street in Dorchester. The two-story slab-on-grade building consists of two (2) studios, and two (2) 1-bedroom units with laundry facilities on the first floor and storage space on the second floor. One of the studio units will be fully accessible. Parking will be available in the existing parking lot at the rear of the structure. Curbside parking is also available immediately in front of the building.

All four (4) units will be reserved for the exclusive use of clients of the Department of Mental Health (DMH). The property will be managed by Cruz Management Resident Services Division. Residents will be screened and receive services from DMH or their designated service provider.
