Councilor
Edwards
Property Size
760 sq/ft

Project Goals

High-value property (appraised $525,000); Very expensive and challenging to build; High impact on
abutters; High financial constraints for affordable housing with low unit potential.

This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.

The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!

Do you need to report a non-emergency issue with this property? Contact Boston 311.
