Unity Station Condominiums is a part of a Planned Development area of the 8.6 acre parcel that was formerly the Bartlett MBTA bus yard in Roxbury. This development is part of a multi-phased development plan for the Bartlett site, with multiple phases already complete including new ownership housing and new mixed use retail and housing development, and is intended to enhance Roxbury's Nubian Square and the adjoining Fort Hill and Tommy's Rock neighborhoods. Unity Station Condominiums will consist of twenty four (24) two and three bedrooms townhouse style affordable home ownership units Restricted to families earning 80% and 100% AMI.
