Vote to accept the four below-referenced parcels of land in Dorchester on Magnolia Street totaling approximately 21,212 square feet, from the Boston Redevelopment Authority (d/b/a Boston Planning and Development Agency) to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, for park and playground purposes to add to the existing Department holdings known as Ceylon Park:

• Unnumbered Magnolia Street, Assessing Parcel #1400123000
• 236 Magnolia Street, Assessing Parcel #1400124000

1. Vote to approve 123 Centre Street in Dorchester, adjacent to Rev. Loesch Family Park.

2. Vote to approve 951-959 Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester, adjacent to Ryan Play Area.

3. Vote to approve 71, 73 and 75 Sheridan Street in Jamaica Plain, adjacent to Paul Gore Street Park.
