Boston Cannabis Board public meeting

You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB”) will hold a virtual public hearing to discuss and adopt the draft rules and regulations (the “Draft Rules and Regulations”) on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 1:00pm. No other items are on the agenda for this hearing.

While members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend, the public comment period on the Draft Rules and Regulations closed on July 15, 2020 at 11:59pm and, as such, the BCB will not accept additional testimony at this hearing.

This process is being conducted pursuant to M.G.L. ch. 30A and all virtual public hearings are held pursuant to Governor Charles Baker’s executive order (the “Order”) issued March 22, 2020, temporarily modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20) due to the ongoing public health crisis due to Covid-19 (coronavirus).
