Carter School Project Feasibility Study, currently in the Preferred Schematic Report phase (PSR). Per the MSBA regulations, the PSR summarizes the District’s chosen Preferred Schematic Design from the options studied during earlier phases (Preliminary Design Program) for the future William E. Carter School building.
