Virtual Emergency Hearings
The Licensing Board for the City of Boston (the “Board”) is holding a virtual emergency licensed premise inspection hearing on Monday, March 1, 2021, at 11 a.m. to address COVID-19 violations. Licensees observed in violation of any COVID-19 operational requirement will be required to attend this emergency hearing and will face immediate disciplinary action which may include, but is not limited to, the suspension or revocation of any License issued by the Board. The Board reserves the right to amend this hearing notice prior to the emergency hearing as necessary to reflect any Licensees observed in violation of COVID-19 operational requirements.
Attendance at the virtual emergency licensed premise inspection hearing is mandatory. Failure of the Licensee to appear at the virtual emergency licensed premise inspection hearing will result in disciplinary action by the Board including, but not limited to, the suspension or revocation of any license issued by the Board.
The Licensee has the right to legal assistance of counsel.

This hearing will be held pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. ch. 30 s. 20, M.G.L. ch. 140 s. 22 and s. 30, the Board’s Rules and Regulations, and Governor Charles Baker’s executive order (the “Order”) issued March 22, 2020, temporarily modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20) due to the ongoing public health crisis due to Covid-19 (coronavirus).
