One parcel totaling 1513 sq ft and zoned for RH. Nearby a project parcel association of many REMS lots but not developable even alongside these. Appears to have been encroached on and fenced into neighboring apartment building. Neighboring property is not owner-occupied. Abutter sale possible, but hold parcel for now.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
