Project Goals

The proposed project entails combining two “at risk” affordable and supportive housing communities, Uphams Corner/Columbia West, recapitalizing the combined community to stabilize a declining asset. The two buildings together include a total of 91 units ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom units. The current population is comprised of: two populations and formerly homeless individuals and additional mixed population of families and elders.
