34 East Springfield Street is the BHA disposition of a vacant South End brownstone. The designated developer, MPZ Development, will create five one-bedroom rental apartments for Veterans of the United States at risk of homelessness or currently homeless in accordance with the Project's allocation of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Project-Based Vouchers.
