Project Goals

Bartlett Station - Lot D is 50 units of rental housing in the Bartlett Station redevelopment of the former MBTA bus yard in Dudley Square. The units in the Lot D development will be designed and programmed for residents age 55 and above, and 44 of the units are income-restricted for individuals with a range of incomes between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income.

City Planning

This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.

Construction has begun on Bartlett Place Building D! Completion is expected by the end of 2022. The City will be monitoring construction activities to ensure quality as well as compliance with hiring goals for minority workers, women, and Boston residents.
