2. Request authorization to extend the lease with Kastlebridge, LLC for use of 500 square feet of first floor space at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to enter into a license agreement with Deacon Transportation d/b/a Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston for the 2019 Trolley Stop Program to operate from the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for the 2019 cruise ship season.

4. Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston Property Management Department for Municipal Protective Services at 43 Hawkins Streets and the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for the Engineering Design Services for Mobility Improvements and Streetscape Design on Northern Avenue and Tide Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

6. Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for the snow plowing/shoveling, removal, and salting/sanding services within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
