20.799.19 Commonwealth Avenue Mall (Between Arlington Street and Kenmore Street): Landscape and lighting improvements at the Collins statue and Garrison Statue.
20.800.4 Boston Common - Boston Common Garage and Parade Ground: Repair to below ground garage structure to prevent water infiltration. Work includes removal of and replacement of grass, top soil and sub-grade materials with limited asphalt walk path removal , repair of sub surface structures, repair of area drain bodies and piping, protection of tree and root structures, installation of temporary walk paths, and protection of Pope John Paul II Monument.
20.787.229.07 Charles River Esplanade: Replace existing utility pole located opposite and south of Blossom Street and attach a wireless communications antenna at the top of the new pole and side-mounted communication shroud containing radio equipment.

20.725.28 Boston Young Men's Christian Union Building, 48 Boylston Street: Installation of exterior signage including: two blade signs at Boylston Street façade; and two awnings and a blade sign at the east elevation of the building along Marty’s Way.
20.801.134 Richard Bond House: Demolish two storage sheds and later addition to house, and construct two blocks of rowhouses, each containing four units.

20.791.5 Boston Common - Frog Pond: Temporary placement of Carousel between the Parade Ground and the west end of the Frog Pond , along with ticket booth, fencing and ramp– location, design, and layout remains unchanged since 2010 season.
20.790.5 Boston Common - Brewer Fountain Plaza: Temporary placement of bistro tables, chairs, and umbrellas - layout remains unchanged since 2012 season. A piano and food trucks will be present daily.
