14. Request authorization to issue an Adequacy Determination pursuant to Section 80D-9.2(a) of the Zoning Code approving the Tufts University Institutional Master Plan Amendment and Renewal, dated March 3, 2020, together with the existing Institutional Master Plan to include two leased spaces located at 160 St. Alphonsus Street in Mission Hill and 230 The Fenway, both of which are currently the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University and used for studio art programs, gallery and studio space, administrative, office, and support services; and, to take all related actions.
