Message and order to declare surplus City-owned former Transportation Department parcels with vacant land and transfer the care, custody, management and control of said property to the Public Facilities Commission. The land is located at 40-50 Warren Street in Roxbury District (Ward 08, Parcel 02550000).
This matter was sponsored by Mayor Martin J. Walsh, and referred to the Committee on Planning, Development, and Transportation on July 10, 2019.
