Generative AI

AI is doing some cool things, especially in the areas of natural conversation and media & content creation.

This first block of cards focuses on how AI can be used to interpret real-world questions from residents, find answers using our website (and maybe some other selected documents) as the reference resource and finally summarize and present the findings in a user-friendly way. 

We can also leverage AI to provide assistance to our staff when they are creating content or interacting with media on the website. The following cards investigate those possibilities.
