We are using the latest Google Gemini LLM to power this and have allowed the component to search boston.gov excluding public-notices, events, calendar items and files (pdfs and images).
This is an AI-specific implementation of the Dialogflow service, there are no traditional chat scripts and workflows implemented. With Dialogflow CX, it is possible to add all of the traditional non-AI chat features and functions to this service, and allow them to work with and supplement the Gen-AI.
